Cookies

Our site uses only essential cookies by default. These keep the site secure, maintain your session, and remember your privacy choice.

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them in the future, they will run only if you accept them through our cookie banner. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the privacy settings icon on our site.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for parents, educators, partners, and supporters. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Program enrollment for students is handled directly with schools and families, not through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information to us online, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Tasia@nigelsylvesterfoundation.org . We will respond within a reasonable time.

How we protect and keep information

We use reputable service providers with security safeguards and limit access to people who need it. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, such as donation records for tax purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
